Booking and Payment: To confirm your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit to the trekking company. The remaining balance should be paid before the start of the trek. Some companies may also require you to pay a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your booking.
Health and Fitness: The Everest Three Passes Trek is a physically demanding trek that requires a good level of fitness. You should consult with your doctor before undertaking the trek to ensure that you are in good health. The trekking company may also require you to provide a medical certificate stating that you are fit to undertake the trek.
Travel Insurance: You are required to have travel insurance that covers the cost of medical treatment, evacuation, and repatriation in case of an emergency.
Itinerary Changes: The trekking company may change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or political unrest. You should be aware that changes to the itinerary may result in additional costs.
Equipment: You are responsible for bringing your own equipment such as clothing, sleeping bag, and trekking poles. However, the trekking company may provide some equipment such as tents and cooking utensils.
Liability: The trekking company is not liable for any injury, illness, or death that occurs during the trek. You will be required to sign a liability waiver before undertaking the trek.
Environmental Responsibility: You are expected to follow the Leave No Trace principles and take care of the environment. You should not litter, damage the flora and fauna, or disturb the local communities.Cancellation & Booking Changes
In order to confirm your bookings, we require a non refundable sum of US$ 200 (US$ Two Hundred) only per person. You can transfer us by bank or pay with credit card. The balance rest of the trip amount can be paid upon you arrival in Kathmandu or any time before your trip starts.
Any amount charged to you by your bank for transferring the sum to us or while paying by credit cards 3% extra will be added for card processing fee. All rates are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
If you leave the trip group, whatever the reason be, once the trip starts, no refund will be given for any unused portion of the trip. If you cancel your trekking tour within 15 to 30 days of the start date, you may be charged 25% of the total trekking cost. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date or during the trek, you may be charged up to 100% of the total cost.
