Dhampus Trek: Short Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Drive to Phedi and trek to Dhampus (1,700 meters).
Day 3: Trek from Dhampus to Landruk (1,560 meters).
Day 4: Trek from Landruk to Ghandruk (1,940 meters).
Day 5: Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul. Drive back to Pokhara.
Day 6: Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 7: Departure from Kathmandu.

Trekking gear: Comfortable hiking boots, lightweight hiking clothes, a warm jacket, hat, gloves, and a raincoat. Backpack: A daypack or a small backpack to carry your essentials during the trek. Water bottle: Carry a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. You can refill it at teahouses along the trail. Snacks and energy bars: Carry some high-energy snacks to keep you fueled during the trek. Sunscreen and sunglasses: Protect yourself from the sun's rays as you will be exposed to direct sunlight during the trek. Camera: Capture the beautiful landscapes, villages, and mountain views along the way.
